Our two most popular sessions are our singing sessions on Monday and Friday morning. We have wonderful singers that sing for the children and use puppets and musical instruments. These sessions are enjoyed by babies and older children and the adults are encouraged to take part too.
Art and crafts are a huge part of the playcentre. We have our Art in the Park session every Wednesday afternoon. Marie is our art and craft expert and gets the children involved with paint and they love going home with a craft they have made.
Throughout the year we host a number of large events and celebrations, this includes our well loved St Patrick’s day party, where we welcome our Irish dancers & singers to the centre and not forgetting our world famous Guinness cake for the adults! We celebrate Easter with a magical egg hunt, lots of bouncing like bunnies on our bouncy castle and musical mayhem.
The final big party of the year is our spectacularly spooky Halloween party, dancing with our gorgeous but gruesome little goblins! Each week throughout the Summer we host wonderful activities for the children, these include: Dancing, mini photography sessions, seed planting and lots lots more.
We specialise in children 8 and under but can be flexible.
The Playcentre is the perfect venue to host your children’s birthday party or celebration. You can exclusively hire the Playcentre on weekends with use of both indoor and outdoor space. It’s a fun and creative space to celebrate for a maximum of 20 children and accompanying adults. Please enquire via our email or phone number for available dates and prices.
